Braddock Investment Group was formed by Zach Shepard during the Great Recession in 2008 to help folks who were struggling with the foreclosure crisis. We negotiated with their banks and got them out of some really terrible situations. Since then, we’ve been helping folks throughout the Chicago area deal with difficult life problems. Our motto is to make each tough situation a win-win-win for all parties involved.
About Zach Shepard
I’m the founder of Braddock Investment Group, and I oversee the company’s strategic vision and maintain the day-to-day operations. I started this wild real estate career in the middle of the Great Recession. From the lessons I learned during that time, I believe that calculated risk-taking in inefficient markets is the key to being successful in real estate and building long-term wealth. I’m the product of a hard-working family from Missouri (my mom is an architect, and my dad was an attorney). I found this passion for real estate soon after moving to Chicago. About a year after graduating from the University of Missouri with a Political Science degree, I read Rich Dad Poor Dad and instantly knew that the real estate investment arena was where he wanted to be. I live in Wicker Park with my dog Bolt.
